I homeschool my gang of 9 and I have so far only been successful in getting 1 of them to choose to write about plants. Everyone always chooses animals or history. Perhaps if there were more kid-friendly websites describing all the amazing qualities of plant species, then plants could get on the list.
You have inspired me to make plant species a more beloved and interesting subject.
