Beautiful photos as always, Anne! I have to admit, earthworms have freaked me out since the time I woke to find one slithering towards me in the middle of the night. Some creatures are meant to stay outside!
Haha! That reminds me that in kindergarten my class and a “worm” unit which involved a hands on experience with a bin of worms in the classroom, and I was freaked out by the unpredictable way they moved and didn’t want to touch them. The teacher quipped that I wouldn’t like the snail unit then, and just to spite her I LOVED the snail unit and adopted several snails. 😂

Snails are awesome! They don't sneak up on you, do they, lol.
